PARTNER & DIRECTOR OF RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

Laure serves as a Partner and the Director of Relationship Management at Mosaic, having transitioned through many roles at the firm, and will always be fondly remembered as our first team member. Her responsibilities are extremely broad beginning with oversight of our Family Office operations, which involves coordinating all the services of our firm on behalf of each individual client. She spends substantial time with our clients helping them better define their goals and understand available options. In addition, she takes the lead in coordinating with our clients’ professional advisory teams in order to maintain the integrity of their plans. Laure has the unique ability to understand people beyond the technical nature of our business and this positions her to help create better outcomes for our clients and their families. Prior to joining Mosaic, Laure worked for a boutique wealth management firm, alongside Mosaic’s founding partners, Jay Goldberg, and Carey Kesner. Originally from Lebanon, Laure’s family moved to Houston when she was 3 years old. She attended the University of St. Thomas where she earned both her Bachelor’s in Finance as well as her M.B.A. Additionally, she has completed the course work required to sit for the Certified Financial Planner exam.

Outside of work, Laure enjoys absolutely all things food related, spending time with her extensive family, and is always up for a healthy debate.
